Richie Kotzen Completes Album With Richie Zito

Richie Kotzen has revealed that he has completed work on a new album with Richie Zito which is set to be released under the name Wilson Hawk.

Kotzen said that this wasn't to be considered his new solo album, more so a project he had "always wanted to do" but "for some reason never did".

Explaining how the new record - set to be titled The Road - came about, Kotzen said "I teamed up with my long time pal Richie Zito and we recorded an eleven song CD titled Wilson Hawk 'The Road'. It is inspired by my love of classic R & B and soul music. This is not so much a "guitarist" CD but more of a creative collaboration between me and some of my close musician friends."

The duo have launched an official pressence on myspace where they have posted four songs, with the "hope" of adding videos and commentary on the making of the CD soon.

The full CD is now available for download both at www.myspace.com/richiekotzen and at the Wilson Hawk Myspace page.

après une 10 millième discussion sur le sujet, je poste cette vidéo de notre ami, c'était il y a quelques jours
... j'ai pas le temps vraiment de faire l'article...Résumons, ouaih le gars est un génie musical, sur scène c'est un des types les plus puissants qu'il m'est été donné de voir....ma plus grande influence musicale après Prince......un putain de libre entrepreneur comme il y en a peu ds le monde musical actuel (d'une pauvreté affligente cela dit en passant)...
